May 2024: Expanded quoting access for client management

In May, we expanded quoting capabilities for users with “Manage Clients” security rights. Now, if you have these rights, you can quote any client, regardless of whether they are assigned to you. This update is especially useful for management and admin roles, providing more flexibility and control over client interactions without additional reassignments.

June 2024: Meet Cloudia, our AI assistant

June marked the launch of Cloudia, our very own AI assistant, designed to make sales management more insightful and efficient. Cloudia is accessible within the “Reports” tab, primarily supporting management functions. She’s here to provide you with quick insights, intelligent analysis, and assist in report generation to help you work smarter.

July 2024: Default margins and markups for consistent quoting

In July, we introduced Default Margins and Markups that can be set for your sales team on every quote. This feature helps ensure consistent pricing across quotes, which means less room for error and more control over margins in your sales processes. For added flexibility, managers with the necessary security rights can override these default settings. 

Find this option in Company Admin > Security > Override Margins.

August 2024: Min and max values for custom fields

August brought a new level of control with Min and Max Values for Custom Fields. These limits allow for greater accuracy and restriction in quoting, ensuring that specific values stay within your preferred range. This enhances the accuracy of sales management by minimising data discrepancies. Managers with appropriate security rights can override these values. 

Set this up under Company Admin > Security > Override Custom Fields.

September 2024: Enhanced client view with tag filtering

September’s update added improved tag filtering within the client view, allowing users to filter and display clients by specific tags. This feature streamlines client management, making it a more organised and efficient component of sales management, ensuring your team can quickly access the information they need.
